(iv) therewillbenocongestionon ournetwork.

(c) Thecoverageareao f theHSDPAand3Gnetworkisnot equaltothecoverage

3.6 DataTransferSp eeds

Thespeedofdatatransmittedusingtheservicewill varydependingonthefollowing

factors:

(a) If youarelocatedinan areacoveredbytheHSDPA,3G or GSMnetwork(for

example,youwillobtainfastertransferspeedsif youarein anareaco veredby

theHSDPAnetworkthanif youareinanareacoveredbytheGSMnetwork);

(b) Thenumberofuserssharingournetwork;

(c) Yourhardwareandsoftware;

(d) GeneralactivityontheInternet;and

(e) Speedandcapacityoftheserveryouareaccessing.

3.7 Limitationonconnectiontotheservice

Toconnecttotheserviceyoumust :

(a) meet alloftheminimumsystemrequirements(whicharesetoutinAttachment

1 tothisdocument),and

(b) haveall requiredequipment. 
